5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each client’s contract.
Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe stated in the signed agreement.

All AI models, software, and solutions remain the intellectual property of GMA AI until full payment is received.

8. Limitation of Liability
GMA AI is not responsible for:

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, as per the terms of the client’s signed contract. Upon termination:

GMA AI will provide all deliverables that have been paid for.
